   Had my windshield replaced somewhere else and afterward the truck started pulling right and the lane keep assist kept cutting out. Two shops looked at it before this one and neither figured it out. Alan was the first person to actually explain it. The glass shop had no way to recalibrate the ADAS camera, so the truck was reading the road wrong. An alignment on its own was never going to fix it. They did the four wheel alignment and the ADAS calibration in the same visit and handed me the before and after printout instead of just telling me it was good. The Chevy dealer had quoted me three weeks out. These guys had it back in two days and never once tried to sell me something I didn't come in for. Two years, 24,000 miles on the work. 2019 Silverado. I'm in Rockwall and the drive to Rowlett is worth it. Using their finance program and going back for brakes

   I worked with Alex and chance, they handled my vehicle repairs very well and communicated with me about what needs to be done and why, they did an amazing job and was highly professional. I had a turbo issue and now my car is running so smooth I would recommend them as well as come back.

   We took our 2019 BMW X3 SDrive 30i in for some OEM interior trim pieces to be installed. Accelerate performed excellent work  in addition to correcting my concern as a customer regarding an observed observation after picking up the vehicle. Accelerate went above and beyond to abate the concern. Romone the body shop manager is an excellent gentleman to interact with. His customer focus attention to detail is above reproach.    Needed AC service in my Subaru. brought it in and let Alan Walker the service manager take it back and let the mechanic troubleshoot and found it needed a compressor. troubleshooting and replacement turnaround was 5 hours. Excellent service and repair. Very happy highly recommend.
