The same shop for both vehicles
Most body shops are set up for one or the other. We run collision and mechanical together, with a master-certified diesel technician and in-house heavy-duty and dually alignment, so a work truck does not have to go somewhere else after the bodywork is done.
How long you are without it
Worth asking us before you book, because the answer is different for the two vehicles. A personal car waits on parts. A work truck usually waits on parts and on an alignment slot, except we do regular, three-quarter-ton and one-ton alignments here, so that second wait is one we control instead of a sublet shop’s diary.
What happens after you call
We inspect, write the estimate, and document anything found at teardown as a supplement rather than re-quoting the job.
