What happens after you call
We inspect the vehicle and write the estimate. Anything found once a panel comes off gets documented and sent as a supplement, so the repair is not quoted twice.
How long it takes, and when we will tell you it is longer
After a normal wreck the schedule is set by parts and by any supplement the teardown turns up.
After hail, tell the truth instead. A storm that clips one part of town adds roughly two months to the backlog across every shop in the area, and a big one runs four to six. That is the market, not one shop. If you call us in that window we will say so before you book, not after your car is here.
Who does the work
An I-CAR Gold Class shop with ASE Master Certified technicians. Collision work carries a lifetime warranty. We also do paintless dent repair, so hail damage does not automatically mean repainting the roof.
